Problem

Food hygiene is an important and mandatory requirement for healthy society and public health. Unfortunately, our food, including water, is contaminated with pesticides, heavy metals, plastics, etc. Contaminants are a serious invisible threat, unlike microplastics which are visible. They degrade in water bodies due to various environmental conditions and reach our food through soil and irrigation water. These chemicals are carcinogenic and can cause serious health issues. Thus, it is mandatory to detect and remediate them early in the supply chain for public health.
